BIOGRAPHY

     Born in Indianapolis, IN, Bass10 has been studying music his entire life, honing his craft within the performance, recording and composing spaces. He has many years of experience as a professional musician, performing as the bassist with the indie-rock trio Slidepile (EP available on Spotify), and with the bluesy-rock collective Kama Sora (EP coming soon).

     Bass10 moved to Dallas, TX when he was merely 10 years old, and he began to study saxophone initially during his early musical years. He has been a performing musician for upwards of 6 years, and has had the privilege of working on stages of all shapes and sizes, and recording in multiple studio environments. Harboring a Master's Degree in Music Composition, Bass10 holds an exceptional knowledge of tone, orchestration, and music theory that aids in his performance and musical decision making, and his breadth of professional gear and studio knowledge makes him a great fit for on-call studio punch-ins and sessions, all the way to consistent live shows and tours alike.

     He prides himself on his electric personality and stellar professionalism, both on and off stage, and he brings a new layer of "umph" to your show and/or track that adds the depth and color that you are looking for from a true musician. Currently still based in the Austin, Texas area, Bass10 looks forward to sharing his skillset within the Austin music scene and beyond for many years to come.
